The Tech Terminal started back in 2019 when I was getting out of college and looking for extra work. While also working a full-time job, I used computer repairs on the side to make some extra money, mostly helping friends, family, and then their friends and family with computer issues. Over time, the work evolved into a deeper commitment, driven by technology and problem solving.
What started as an interest quickly turned into an obsession. I began by fixing my own devices, which would lead to repairing computers for others. Setting up my own workshop has allowed me to provide even better service, offering personalized and professional repairs. I’m excited to jump into new projects and share some useful computer tips and tricks, so you might not always need a tech guy. But if you do find yourself needing help, Tech Terminal will be ready for it.

Though we cannot fix every issue with just a conversation but with some basic inspections and maybe a restart, can put you in the right direction. While repairs aren't done during the conversation, we may suggest a more in-depth service if needed and provide any cost estimates.

To Schedule a Service
We believe services should be easy and accessible. That's why we offer convenient ways to get your device to us.
All repairs/troubleshooting include a $37 diagnostics and service charge.
**If further repairs/services are needed after diagnostics, charges applied based on service.**
For upgrades, a flat service fee will be charged (Drop-off excluded), with no additional diagnostic fee $14.99. (Covers pickup and return service)
Only Scheduled and Same-Day Pickup are eligible for return delivery by our shop. Drop-offs must be picked up at the shop unless otherwise agreed upon.
