Tech Transit to the Workshop

At The Tech Terminal, we offer three convenient methods for getting your devices to and from our shop. Our goal is to provide a seamless and efficient service experience for all our customers. Here’s how each method works Below!

  • 1. Next Day Pickup

    $9.99


    Time Window:

    Monday to Friday: All pickups are scheduled between 3:30pm and 7:30pm

    Saturday to Sunday: All pickups are scheduled between 1:00pm and 6:00pm

    Sunday pickups: Any pickups made on Sunday will begin servicing on Monday.


    How It Works: Schedule a next-day pickup or choose a day that suits you. Our van will arrive within the scheduled window to pick up your device(s).


    Process: You’ll be assigned a slot on our pickup list. Pickup times may vary but the shop aims for timely service. Sometimes the list may be full, in which case we can schedule a pickup for the next immediate slot.


    Details: We will contact you ahead of arrival so you can get your device(s) in order. All pickups are curbside/door-front; we will not enter your home to plug in or unplug devices. Make sure to include all power cables, adapters, logins, and any other relevant components.

  • 2. Same Day Pickup

    $14.99


    Time Window:

    Monday to Friday: All pickups are scheduled between 3:30pm and 7:30pm

    Saturday to Sunday: All pickups are scheduled between 1:00pm and 6:00pm

    Sunday pickups: Any pickups made on Sunday will begin servicing on Monday.


    How It Works: For urgent needs, request a same-day pickup. This service relies on driver availability, but we strive to reach you the same day.


    What if Same-Day Service is Unavailable? If same-day service is not available, your request will be tagged with a Priority Pickup Label to ensure your device is picked up the very next day. We will schedule a next-day pickup at the base pickup charge of $9.99.


    Details: Similar to scheduled pickups, we will call ahead to coordinate a hassle-free pickup. All pickups are curbside.



  • 3. Dropoff at The Shop

    Time Window:

    Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 3:30pm

    Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm

    Sunday: Closed


    Flexibility: Drop-offs have the most flexible window. Simply call ahead, visit our shop, and drop off your device.


    Process: Contact the shop and schedule a drop-off. Once you have arrived, call us, and we’ll meet you curbside or in front of the building to collect your device(s).


    Details: Once the device is in our hands, we will begin service. We will contact you when the device is ready for pickup. Dropped-off devices are not eligible for shop return service unless agreed upon otherwise.

Important Information for Tech Transit BELOW

For Pickup/Delivery Services:
When service is complete, our shop will return the device(s). We will contact you ahead of time to ensure a hassle-free experience. All returns use a meet-at-curb system or can be dropped off on your porch with picture confirmation if agreed upon. We will not enter your home to plug in or unplug any devices.

Devices Dropped off at The Shop:
When your service is complete, we will contact you to come pick up your device. Devices dropped off are NOT ELIGIBLE for our shop’s return services unless agreed otherwise. When picking up your device, call us when you arrive, and we will bring the device out to you for curbside return.

Home Entry:
For safety and efficiency, we will not enter homes to plug in or unplug devices. Please have all devices ready for pickup and packed with their proper wires, essential login information, and any other important information you think we may need.

Payment:
Payment is required before store pickup or return delivery, after service is complete. A confirmation email will be sent with a receipt and options to pay online. Since we are not a storefront, we DO NOT have cash on hand or at the shop.
