- Laptop "General Service" is a diagnostics service/fee for mystery problem laptops, old laptops, etc.
- We DO NOT service Microsoft Surface laptops or Chromebooks.
- DO NOT CURRENTLY offer microsoldering services.
- Liquid Damage Repairs can be tricky, but we will attempt if requested, but no warranty included with liquid damage.

Only Scheduled and Same-Day Pickup are eligible for arranged return delivery by our shop. Dropoff's must be picked up at the shop unless otherwise agreed upon.
For upgrades, a flat service fee will be charged (Drop-off excluded), with no additional diagnostic fee $14.99. (covers pickup and return service)
All repairs/troubleshooting include a $37 diagnostics and service charge.
** If further repairs/services are found to be needed after diagnostics, additional charges and service time may be applied based on the corresponding service type. **
